RECIPE

• 4 oz. bourbon

• .75 oz simple syrup

• 2–4 dashes Angostura bitters

• 1 orange peel

• 2 cherries

• ice – WHILE CLEAR CUBES ARE IDEAL, ANY ICE OF YOUR CHOOSING WORKS. HERES A LINK FOR A GREAT CUBED ICE MOLD.

• Old Fashioned glass, chilled

STEPS

• Add an ice cube to the bottom of a cocktail mixing glass.

• Take your orange peel and run it around the rim of a cocktail glass. Add a square cube to the bottom of the glass, along with two cherries.

• In the cocktail pitcher, add the bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters. stir well.

• Pour into the ice filled glass.
