Spicy Thai Chile Paloma Cocktail

ORIGINAL RECIPE FOUND AT FOODDIARYOFACITYGIRL




RECIPE
  • 1 oz Grapefruit juice

  • 2 oz Tequila Reposado

  • 1 tbsp Lime juice juice of ½ a lime

  • 1 cup Ice

  • 1 oz Aperol

  • 2 oz Fresca Grapefruit Soda

  • 1 - 2 tbsp Tajín

  • 1 Dried Orange slice garnish

  • Thai Chile garnish


STEPS
  • Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass. Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of Tajín to a plate and coat the cocktail glass with Tajín.

  • Add the ice, Aperol, Tequila Reposado, Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice and the Fresca Grapefruit juice to a large carafe, mix the mixture well. Pour the mixture into the cocktail glass. Top the cocktail with a Thai Chile and Dried orange slice. Enjoy!
